Studio Paintings - Allen Bentley
Born: 1972, Charlotte, NCResidence: Montgomery Village, MDAllen Bentley received his BFA from Western Carolina University (Cullowhee, NC) in 1996 and his MFA from the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA) in 2000. Bentley’s work has been exhibited across the country, with solo exhibitions in New York, Chicago, San Diego and Bridgette Mayer Gallery (Philadelphia, PA). He has shown in Philadelphia International Airport (Philadelphia, PA) and in Artworks at the Philadelphia Museum of Art (Philadelphia, PA). In 2009, Bentley had his first solo museum show at the Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts (Wilmington, DE). When Bentley is not traveling the country working with professional and celebrity dancers, he lives in the suburbs of Washington, DC with his wife and children. |
